This home is located in the Lake Purgatory area, tucked in the forest for privacy. With the goal of a comfortable and restful stay, we have taken great care to ensure there is everything you need. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom (both queens) share a “Jack and Jill” bathroom. Downstairs in another TV/living room with a fold out couch and 1/2 bathroom if you need extra sleeping space for the little ones. Just like home, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The large deck provides enjoyable outdoor living. There are amazing views of the mountain and Lake Purgatory peeking through the Aspens. The roads are extremely well maintained; however they are on the steep side in spots and can be slick after a fresh snowstorm or when it warms up and freezes. Guests will be sent a vacation rental agreement by Durango Colorado Vacations (the property manager) to e-sign at the time of booking.
