It is conveniently located within a 15-minute drive to downtown Durango, a 40-minute drive to Purgatory Ski Resort, and just minutes to Vallecito and Lemon Reservoir. Once inside you'll be pleasantly surprised. The gourmet kitchen is ideal for cooking big family meals with plenty of counter space, an oversized island, and a 48” professional grade 7 burner double-oven range. It opens to the dining area and wood-burning fireplace. The main-floor master suite includes a king-sized bed, TV, a five-piece bathroom with a heated jetted tub, and 6' x 4' double-head shower, and a double vanity. The lower level has a wonderful "Family Bedroom" with 1 queen, 2 full beds, and 1 twin with ensuite 3/4 bathroom, and TV. The French doors from this room open to a patio with a built-in hot tub and beautiful views. Upstairs, glass doors in the living room lead to a 19' x 10' Trex deck with breathtaking views. The vaulted tongue-and-groove ceiling, stone-faced wood-burning fireplace, and granite wet bar make a cozy atmosphere perfect for gathering. The 3rd bedroom is located on this level complete with a Queen bed, TV, and Jack and Jill bathroom.
